Personal hygiene (handwashing, sneezing, clothing)

We can all help minimise the spread of infection by completing the following simple measures.

Washing our hands regularly. We ask you to do this on arrival at school and between each session where you move between rooms. Sometimes it may be easier to use sanitiser as you move between sessions, that is okay too (provided the sanitiser is 70% alcohol content). Sneezing and coughing can spread germs. Please always carry tissues with you, cover your nose and mouth when you sneeze of cough, then dispose of the issue immediately in a bin. We ask that all students and staff wear fresh (newly laundered) clothes daily. You may wish to change as soon as you get home as a further precaution.

Please avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes.
