Year 8 Art

Year 8 students in 8FS2 participated in a virtual art workshop with lecturers and degree students from the University of Gloucestershire. After learning about a variety of artists' work, students were challenged to make their own imaginative 'diorama', a miniature three-dimensional scene of their choice out of recyclable materials in 30 minutes.

Year 13 Chemists

Year 13 chemists came into school last week to have an opportunity to do some practical work they hadn't been able to do over lockdown. We successfully made aspirin and completed a redox titration. Here are some photos of the event.

Cheltenham Festival Music Success

Emma Burrell in 8H performed brilliantly in the recent Cheltenham Festival.  Well done Emma.

Piano Solo 12 years and under, Grade 4 & 5 - Silver meda.  Piano Solo 13 years and under, Grade 4 & 5 - Gold medal and cup. Piano Solo 15 years and under, Grade 6 & 7 - Gold medal and cup.
