Despite the rather murky start it did not rain and after three hours all the plants, trees and bulbs were in the ground.  Now we wait to see how the plants will flourish.  Certainly the area is shaping up nicely.

I am also grateful to the catering team who supplied the tea, coffee, bacon butties and croissants.

We all enjoyed our time and are particularly grateful to Jacquie Gordon who not only planned the whole area but also made sure we all planted things correctly.  I hope that many more parents will join us for such future events.
