Annual Charity Concert
On the evening of the 24th November, Gloucester Cathedral played host to the annual High School for Girls Charity Concert.
The evening was held to raise funds for James Hopkins Trust. They are a local charity which provide practical help for severely disabled, life threatened and life limited young children with nursing needs, aged 5 years and under, living in Gloucestershire. The audience of students, parents and alumni were treated to 17 songs from ten groups including the Concert Band's rousing rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody and the Jazz Band's superb performance of Respect. The stunning finale featured all the musicians from the evening sinigng The Best Day of my Life.
