First of all, it is okay to feel the way you do. You’ve been at home for ages and so going out may seem a little (or a lot) strange, perhaps even a bit daunting or scary.
Talk to us.
Drop an email to your tutor, to your most trusted teacher, to your Progress and Wellbeing Coordinator, to the Headteacher or to firstname.lastname@example.org. We don’t mind who you tell, as long as you tell someone, and they tell us so we can speak to you and reassure you.
We are looking forward to seeing you. We understand people will need different levels of reassurance.
