I constantly have opportunities to challenge and extend my knowledge through extra reading given out in lessons and a choice of tasks depending on my ability and understanding.

Making the subjects relevant to today’s world. For example, biology is an ever-evolving subject area and my teachers will always make me aware of new developments or where to read about them. This helps me to gain a wider understanding of the subject and enables me to the practice constantly applying my knowledge.
